Persuadence

Privacy policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This policy covers the WhatsApp service run by Persuadence Private Limited (“Persuadence”, “we”, “us”). It says what we collect when you message us on WhatsApp, why, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Persuadence Private Limited, Bridgeway, Pathanapuram, Kerala, India.

If you have a question about your information, message us on WhatsApp at +91 93490 00123 or email shefeeq@persuadence.com.

When you message a business through us

Some businesses use our service to answer their own WhatsApp messages. When you message one of them, that business decides why your information is used, and its own privacy policy applies too. We handle your messages for that business and use them only to do that work.

When we run a group or a list of our own and pass your details to a business so it can contact you, we will tell you which business before we do, and ask whether you agree.

What we collect

Please don’t send us medical records or details of a health condition. We don’t need them to help you.

Why we use it

We use your information only for these purposes. If we want to use it for anything else, we will ask you first.

Who else sees it

These companies may keep information on servers outside India. We use them only to run this service, and they may use your information only for that.

We don’t sell your information.

How we keep it safe

Only people at Persuadence who run the service, and the business you messaged, can see your conversations. The service checks that each message really comes from WhatsApp before it accepts it. Stored conversations are kept in a database that needs a password to open, and the connection to it is encrypted.

If your information is ever exposed in a security breach, we will tell you, and the authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your conversations and details for as long as we’re in touch with you, and for three years after your last message to us. Then we delete them.

If you reply STOP, we stop sending you messages. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it within 30 days.

We keep a record of what was done with your information for at least one year, because the law requires it. We also keep the record of your agreement or refusal for that long, so we can show we respected it.

What you can do

To make a request, message us from the WhatsApp number you used with us, or email us with that number, so we can find your information.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, contact our Grievance Officer:

We will answer within one month.

From 13 May 2027, if we haven’t settled your complaint, you can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we change the date at the top and publish the new version here. If a change affects information you’ve already given us, we will tell you on WhatsApp.
